anyone know of a cheap place to pick up a replacement bulb for a Zenith rear projection LCD?

I got the tv for free, so i am not looking to spend a lot of money (under 200) and am unsure if someplace local has the bulb i am looking for. Or a trustworthy place to order from online, since i am not a fan of ebay.

So i don't know if there are any electronic guys on here, but i have all the details on the tv if that helps searching.

    Model # E44W46LCD
    Chassis # MB-0428
    Serial # 511-73080280

and i looked in the cover where the bulb is "supposed" to be and its gone, so i cannot get the bulb # off the existing one. So i need one with the wires/cables not just the bulb itself.

you can try shopjimmy.com they are local in bloomington they may have it. Other wise call TV service labs. In home tech solutions in plymouth I am sure has one but I hope you can find it else where as the owner is an asshole. (used to work there) I just ordered one for my samsung off amazon... 116 shipped

What is wrong with the tv??

i was told the bulb was just bad, i got it from my brothers fiancée and she got it brand new in 04/05. and somewhere along the lines her ex took out the bulb. i don't know the whole story but she wanted it gone, and i couldn't pass up a free tv.

for all i know it could have been perfectly fine, since from what i know about her ex, he probably sold the bulb for meth.

and it sucks searching since i do not know the bulb #, which most places ask for. i guess i have some homework to do.

is discount merchant a decent place to deal with? since the first one is exactly what i'm after.

until i notice that i may be screwed since this doesn't even have the cable i need either. since im missing the one from the housing to the tv..

6912V00006C is for sure the part number! I checked it with a tv repair shop that I used to work at.
