Hey guys. I've been a member for a little while but haven't really lurked the forum very much. I have met some fellow members at Midway who have been extremely nice. I really just want to find some more awesome peolple with Subarus. It's a pleasure to be a part of the forum and I will be making it a point to lurk more often. Here's my car- 2005 Legacy GT
Welcome. Nice car, always a fan of a Legacy. There are quiet a few 05+ LGT on this forum they can answer most of your questions if you have any
Welocme, another 05' to keep me company. I see you cleared the headlights and got some tint. Are those spec B rims?
Yessir. Cleared the headlights and actually got the wheels from Discount Tire in Saint Paul. Currently running stage 2 with an Infamous tune and some other goodies. I'd love to keep you company! Where's the next meet?
Another '05 LGT pilot here. Not in the area yet, but as soon as the house sells we'll be just over the St Croix in Hudson. Which short shifter is that? I've got the sti shifter and it's nowhere near that short. Some pics: http://jsalmi.com/car/
Wow, nice LGT! I see you have an intake, exhaust, and a FMIC. I can only assume you're not running a VF40. What are your engine mods and what's your whp? Come up to Murderapolis! I wanna check out yo ride
Those are amazing numbers It's the Cobb double adjustable STS. Dude, I would kill to ride in your car. When can we rendezvous?
Thanks. It is fun. We are currently in Colorado waiting for the house to sell. Once it does, we'll be moving to Hudson. The only downside is that I'm still on the stock clutch. Apologies for the thread jack.
Legacy = ultimate sleeper, unless you're Mortasaurus and driving in NW Wisconsin . Welcome back to the lurking, and come on down to Lake Calhoun on Tuesday evenings! I don't think I've seen a Legacy there yet, and I'm there nearly every week.
I'd be down for a legacy meet sometime. Its fun to see some other modded LGTs, most of the ones I see on the road are automatics driven by women, and they don't even look over as I go past. I have a wagon, so I'm sure most don't even know its the same car as their sedans. Any of you guys ever go to brainerd to drag race? I really want to get up there sometime after I get the 18g all tuned just to see what it would run. It would be fun to go with a few others.
I'd be up for a meet too. Time is ticking though. When and where do people want to meet up at? Maybe like a middle point? I'll be driveing mine in the winter, not sure about the rest of you. Sorry to thread jack.
Im up for a meet too... but i do work every other weekend..So about any time after 230 (or i can meet up with you guys after i get off work)... i to will drive the legacy gt in winter too.
Lets do this thing!:hsdance: What is everyone doing this Friday? Or the first weekend in September? I'll be at Midway. I wanna see some LGTs. PM for my phone # if you wanna solidify some plans.
I'm parking cars at my sisters through the fair, so no open weekends for me here. I also work every other weekend. Why dont we just do our first meet through the duluth cruise? So far it looks like it will be the weekend of october 10th. Get in there and vote if you have not already.
I don't wanna get randomly hit by some idiot street racer, who gives our community a horrible name, running a red light. :eek4: No more University Ave for me.
