Official Snowboarding Thread Hey I know alot of guys on here snowboard so I figured we should have a thread about this. The point is to post when and where your going so that if anyone else wants to go or is going they can catch a ride/meet/what ever. Just an effort to bring the shredders together to have some fun and mabey save some gas (and the environment) in the process. I dont really know alot of the guys on this site even though ive been on here for a while so i figured this would be good to fix that as well. To start it off Im gonna be down at welch probly tonight and tomarow for sure. I wont have room for rides tonight but tomarow is possible. If your gonna be there feel free say whats up. I got a bright pink 05 UnInc for a board, yellow/olive oakley jacket and a black and yellow charley brown style hat (think about his shirt pattern here). SPIN IT TO WIN IT!

Me and a few people will be out at Welch Village tomorrow mid-day if anyone would like to join us. Two intermediate riders and two seasoned.
i haven't boarded in a couple of years. ever since i went to Montana, the hills around here are just that.....hills. and yeah, thats a hike for me anyways.
You know what? You're right. I've been a bit jumpy lately. I've edited my previous post to not be the confrontational ass I was. However, I think it would be best to keep the comments encouraging about going riding wherever.

Idget joined up with us today and it was a blast. The snow was pretty hard (par for MN) but the terrain was very consistent. Overall a great time. He was also talking about going out again this Saturday or next weekend if anyone would like some more advanced notice.
I'll be at Buck Hill on Friday (Dec 28th) morning around 10am. I'm dropping my daughter off at Ski School from 10-12 and will have a couple hours to get back into skiing form. I ski but am willing to be seen with, and even sit on the same chairlift as, a snowboarder.

wait, i dont get this thread. last time i checked, boarders just sit on their arses and get in the way..they dont ride! oooo00ooo0o fobs..i think you were thinking abour powder ridge, that is up by st. cloud, not welch.
I dont usualy go to buckhill the runs are too short. Its mostly best for board park and I dont go there cause of my bad back, I can only carefully go down a hill, unfortunetly.
