    This happens every 1000 years for 9 years before it stops again...
    For example~ the time will change every year in those 9 years by 1 hr, 1 min and, 1 sec and the date will change 1 month, 1 day, and 1 year

    Apparently there was a baby born at 1:23 on 4/5/06 that weighed in at 7 pounds! Saw it on the news... I am a believer now :)
