on the issue of the audi his dad is an ex mechanic so if he does have issues it wont cost much unless parts are involved plus the audi 5 cylinders are 300000 mile motors.. as far as a subaru goes he doesnt want a wagon.. anymore advice about cars im overshadowing or something that might be forsale

100% correct. The old audi's run forever...extremely reliable. The new ones....not so much.

Mike, i also have a buddy that has a 91 audi quattro i believe...heated seats and what not..its a beater but it runs.

older i-5 audis are good. but you can beat a ej22! some people have over a milion miles on those engines!

get a AWD 2.2l for 3-4k then save up over winter and put a turbo kit on for another 2 or so. then whooop on mustangs all day long, rain, snow, sun, shine hehehe

I have a 96 legacy sedan...teal-ish in color. Decent brake life, tires @ 6/32nds, Just had head gaskets, and new center diff installed. I still need some time to install a new water pump and RF axle shaft. Has 165xxx on it, but runs great. Interior is clean, non-smoker car. Very minor exterior scratches.
