Hi, I'm looking for a scooby to get me through the rest of this winter without sliding off of the road, although drifts are fun (I have a 1990 240sx right now). I'd prefer a white, manual, 2.5rs but I don't think I will ever find one. I'm willing to take a look at anything under about $9,000. I'd settle for an L at the right price. Extra props for maintenance records and especially clean cars in great shape with low miles. Please email me if you have a ccar for sale or if you know anyone selling. If anyone is interested in my car, it's a 1990 240sx with about 151,000 miles on it with brand new rear tires and I would say it's in "needs a little love" condition. It runs and drives perfect. I've replaced a bunch of stuff, pass. fender, rear tires, radiator hoses, spark plugs, injectors, etc. It probably needs shocks and some other misc stuff soon (small epoxied hole in top of radiator). how much are you looking for the 240? I know someone who just totalled his, but had a bunch of aftermarket parts on it that he's going to pull off it, and they will need a new home
Well, I'm trying to get $1,500. The car has it's good points and it's bad points. I would call it a beater, but with a little work could be a nice car. Hell, for $1500 I think anything that runs is worth it, let alone a classic sports car.

Yeah, like I said, I don' expect to find a white one anytime soon. I'm kicking myself for not getting one in '99 when I bought a new civic ex instead of a RS.
if that was a coupe i would consider. Good luck finding a good manual RS. I've been searching with no luck, you'll have to go out of state to get one. There's plenty out there with 300-500miles range. White/5spd like you want.

I haven't been to one in a bit, and I don't know how soon I will because I need to head out to NY for at least a week again, then brasil in march.... but drop me a line with your number and I can pass it on to people that go more often.
Thanks for the link, that car looks pretty sick and the mileage is good too. Looks like I'm getting a white '95 wagon with a manual trans. (thanks to diehonda) He's going to be buying my car also, so it's gone as well.
