Well, since others are doing it here, why not... I'm looking for an IT job. I've got 15+ years experience ranging from simple desktop support to engineering and capacity management for systems supporting payroll for over 800,000 employees. I've had high profile positions, like running all of BMW USA's web presences (autos, cycles and financial), along with Nikon's USA web presence and Purina/Tidycats. I've run networks with offices around the USA & in Europe. I've done Windows, Mac, Unix, VMS, Novell, you name it and I've probably worked with it at least a little. I am a generalist by my very nature, so I'm ideally looking for a small or medium sized company that needs someone with a broad range of skills, rather than a large company that needs someone with one, tightly focused set of skills. I'm also open to the concept of working with a small number <2-4) companies that want to get away from the outsourced IT game, but don't yet need a full time guy, so if anyone knows a company that could use a strong IT guy 1 or 2 days a week, I'm open to that as well.
contact tek systems.... ask for paul. ask him about ECOLABS. great company and they might be looking for some part time guys on the help desk. I just got on board and the job rocks
I have been working with Darin at TEK systems, and they have been great at finding stuff--although my experience isn't quite what you have. You should find luck there. Best staffing place I have found yet---in terms of sticking with you. Robert Half Technology was not very good to me.
Yeah.. uhh.. I wouldn't bother with TEC with those qualifications. Middle man contract work ftl. Check out hospitals in general, it might be a good fit for you. I deal with Hospital sys admins all day long and for the most part they kinda run everything. Just an idea.
