Hi, I'm looking for a new passenger side corner lens for my '99 Impreza. I parked too close to a sheet of plywood that was leaning against my garage wall... luckily it only broke the lens when it tipped over. Anyway, considering what the dealer wants for just one lens, I thought I'd check here if anyone has any extras. I'd consider a set of aftermarket clear lenses too. Thanks, Joel
my passenger corner lense had a small run in w/ a tree. the lens is fine but the mounting tab is gone. i dont know if this would help you any. (assuming i can find it in my mess, i mean room). i am not sure if the lens comes off of the actual housing. anyway its like $30 on ebay fro some clears. (thats what i did) they are pretty nice quiality.
I've taken the lens off before. I gave a lens to one of the Wagons here. If you want to invest, then buy a JDM replica off ebay. I can help you reseal it too for insurance when recieved and before installed on the vehicle.
My lens has the tab broken off too, so even switching the lens wouldn't work, but thanks. And thanks for the info on the ebay lenses, I was wondering what kind of quality they were. They certainly are cheap enough. Anyway, I'll wait a bit and see if anyone local has any lenses to sell before I go through the ebay hassle. Fuji K, is that a picture of your car? Pretty nice.
