Looking for someone to swap gears in rear diff.

I'm looking for someone to swap the 3.9 gear set from my blown diff into a spare r160 I have. Anyone have someone they would reccomend??

Carl gave me the name of a place that could do it. Next step is on a day off draining fluids to try n get a better idea if its the tranny or the diff causing the fits
