the wheels I found that I really like are Vossen VVSCV3, they don't exist for 17-18" size, and they don't have a bolt pattern for my 2013 wrx.

Anyone know any wheels similar to this type of design that will fit a 2013 WRX? I can't find anything by the words of google, so I'm wondering if others know.

If my car is generally a daily driver no serious rally cross etc. cast wheels are fine right? It's when you get into real racing in a track that the forging wheels will be actually needed?

sure. pros and cons on both sides. usually the decision to go one way or another comes down to availability and price to fix or replace when you eventually bend or crack one on a pothole. for example, steel wheels bend relatively easily, but they're usually matched with high sidewall tires and are cheap to replace.

those vossens you posted are forged monoblock wheels. the forgestars are cheaper and you can custom order sizes offsets since they start as blank barrels.

Cost vs. weight are the biggest practical considerations.

Forged can be more ductile (bend vs. crack), but in practice that's usually not an issue unless you're already in a very bad situation...

which is why the economical route is a spun forged wheel like some enkeis, koseis, forgestars, etc...

Yes, and apparently the ones I liked to. They have "rotary forged" right in the name on the page. I guess I missed that. They seem very cheap for a "rotary forged" wheel. Inline with most cast wheels.

Are you looking for just a 5 spoke or more specifically the flush spoke, two tone look? Enkei has quite a few 5 spoke designs.
Tire Rack (<<link) is a good place to start, lots to look at and get ideas on what you may want.
