I'd take my care to "or" before those other two... heard ugly stories about those two... Ronnie does all my tuning and such...

I had my car tuned at LSE two weeks ago. Tom was (and still is) out of commission for tuning, and I thought they would do better than DB.

I am not really impressed with their tuning ability, business, or the map they gave me. It was closer than what I went in with, but with a few more pulls and some tweaking on my own I now have a much better map. I feel my money and time was wasted going to LSE.

You'd be better off going to Jorge in Chicago or waiting for Tom (WOTV) to start tuning again. Or get people here to help you out with getting your tune the way you want.

I have had nothing but good expieriences with DB. My car has been faster leaving than when it went in both times it went in. They helped me out with the minor issues that arose on one tuning session. The thing that really keeps me from having anyone road tune for me is the risk of a gigantic speeding ticket in the process.

db! i got a tune from Shane and it tuned out good. they don't know much about any boost controllers besides a manual one but over all i would take a Shane tune over any one around. but thats just me. but if we were doing a tune day i would say wait for when jorge from p&l come to town. he is by far the best tuner over anyone that has been hear. my .02

I have gone to both...LSE had my car for one month installing a turbo injectors etc., and didn't gave me a ****ty tune. I later went to DB and the gave me a much better tune, but the numbers still weren't where they should be. I would go with Jorge if you can wait, I have heard nothing but good from him.

Plus one for DB...just unfortunately my turbo didn't want to work right but up until that point great guys to work with and were really nice. They still are a little hazy on tuning subaru's but they will get there with time I am sure. Shane has experience tuning, just not on subaru's so it takes a little time. If you want a serious tune though with someone that is extremely knowledgeable then I say Jeorge (riftswrx) when he comes in P&L. He'll be tuning my car as soon as I get the new turbo, alky, and injectors taken care of.

DB, In the DSM world shane(the tuner) is a GOD. Im not a big fan of LSE. Everytime I got in there or talk to the guys they always talk down to me making me feel like a *******. No a good way to get business IMO. Id go to DB for tuning and MAP for parts(cant beat thier prices!).

Shane and Josh both know their stuff. It's just that they have both limited experience with our cars and more importantly, time, when doing tunes. They just don't have the hours invested into their basemaps yet.
