    Hey guys-

Have a 2002 RS with 114K miles on it. The drivers side head gasket is leaking pretty bad so I started to pull the engine this week to do the gaskets. The motor also has some pretty bad piston slap until warm. I am contemplating just rebuilding the engine as a summer project. It would be my first rebuild.

Does anyone know a good reputable machine shop ( I'm in Blaine) to rebuild the heads and maybe hone the block for new pistons etc?

OR- I can get a subaru reman short with a new oil pump, water pump, oil pan already installed for $1800...

    Opinions/thoughts?

    Thanks in advance

Thanks, I'll give Wagamon bros a call tomorrow. They came up in a google search this weekend and look like a decent shop.
