That's interesting, because last time I tried to schedule my differential replaced the guy told me that you don't do anymore installs, only big projects.
I believe the point of this thread is to explicitly state they're changing their business model. Unless "last time" was sometime after 10:30 on Tuesday morning, I don't see any reason to try to rake them over the coals for this announcement. I was turned down by MAP for some fairly routine work earlier this year as well. I'm glad to see them opening up a bit more.
