    Drifting Information
A large area of asphalt has been set aside for drifting similar to last year, additionally BIR was kind enough to allow us to terrorize turns 10-13 of their road course (advanced drivers only)! Event structure and coordination will be handled by Dirty Love but feel free to share your ideas below in this thread!

Triple Track Showdown – TTS presented by Quarter Master
Prove that you have the skill AND the ultimate sport compact car that can do it all! Read more at CWSCC.

Corvettes, Camaros, Mustangs, and other domestic built cars are not eligible to compete in the TTS. Exceptions include an import now powered by a domestic engine (Ex. 240sx w/LS1 swap). Also allowed will be a domestic now powered with an import engine.

    Drag Racing
Spend Saturday trying to get your best quarter mile time.
    Solo Auto-X
Compete in either the Friday night or Saturday night Solo Auto-X.
    Time Attack
Take your car around the Road Course for three 20 minute sessions to achieve your best lap time.

    Points
Your quickest time from each event is used. Each event is worth the same amount of points. The highest total points from the 3 events will declare the winner of each class.

Points will be awarded for completing each event based on a percentage of your time in relation to the event winner's time. Lowest time of each event will receive 1000 points. Individual scores will be calculated as follows:

Your Time - Winning Time = Difference
Difference / Winning Time = Percentage Factor
    (1 – Percentage Factor) x 1000 = Event Points

Example Lowest Event Time: 45.183 sec - 1000 points
    Joe Smith's Time: 46.118 sec – 979 points
    46.118-45.183=.935
    (.935/45.183)=.0207
    (1-.0207) x 1000 = 979

"fun" and "stupid" are only seperated by a fine line of "responsibility" and being in the army, trying to get promoted. I can't afford to get "stupid" ;) But I will be having plenty of fun already! :)

I'll make sure to bring my small tent then. Who needs a giant tent, when you can snuggle in a tent that is too small for just me.

Yeah, seeing as how we have never met... it might be sort of creeper to know your name and see when you are coming to the event. :D
