Wow...possible? http://www.autoblog.com/2009/05/27/subaru-hire-him-next-gen-wrx-sti-is-independently-rendered-awe/
ive like. imagine it handle like an audi TT. or a lotus. that car ud be awesome!!! i bet itd be amazing to drive w/ 300+ hp make 2000lb. like an all wheel drive civic.
from the front and back...... but thats absolutely horrid from the sideuke: god only knows how horrible the interior is
I guess that makes me 12 then. "Oooooh, damn that's hot!" Is this the same guy that did the Silvery Grey one before the '08 was revealed ? If so, he's got some cool ideas. Subaru would probably never hire him, but there's a bunch of niche manufacturers out there who probably should.
CRX with Subaru badges in my eyes as well... I like the idea of an sti c00pe... But not too sold on that one
I like it, even from the side. But I'm always drawn to cars with that sort of general styling. Its a shame the market really doesn't support production cars like that.
I like it. The side view is slight waaah?, but it has a half Lambo kind of feel to it. The downside between renderings and real life is renderings don't worry about fitment of all the hardware underneath, fitment of people, actual physics and geometry of suspension, etc. You get the freedom to look pretty without all the constraints. It simply isn't usable without actually mocking up all the drivetrain, suspension, seating and passenger geometry (that ergonmically works right), cargo space, etc.
It's a good start. Definitely needs higher roof, 4 doors, and less pointy on the back. OUCH! Just cut my eye looking at the taillights! And +1 for bringing back the sedan model!
What's with people that like 4 doors? I hear toyota makes some great 4 door cars for a lot less money.
The rally cars have used the sedans for years and it seems to have worked for them. The same could be said for people who like coupes.
Subaru makes (made) mostly 4 door cars, durrrrr, just in case you forgot that this is a subaru website.
