Outline of May 8th MNSubie Club Meeting thread May 8th MNSubie Club Meeting Time: 7:00pm to 9:00pm. Place: Identifix in Roseville, MN. (map) Address: Identifix 2714 Patton Road Roseville MN 55113 The purpose of the meeting is to discuss progress with the club, update members on the task force, and have all the officer nominations & applications complete. May 20th will be the last date we will accept the nominations & officers applications. MNSubie Club Cards & Applications For those of you that prefer to fill out and pick up the applications & new club cards we will have those available during the meeting. MNSubie Club Officer Discussion During the May 8th meeting we will allow each officer applicant to address the group and provide additional information on their skill-set and background. Officer Voting on May 22nd Discussion and outline for the May 22nd meeting and officer voting. During the meeting we will outline the guidelines for Officer voting that will be held on the 22nd, both online and at the meeting. We will also go over any additional thoughts on the club and what members should except from MNSubie Club within the 1st year.
I will be there with club cards and with t-shirts. And for this meeting, the t-shirts will be on a club special of $10 per shirt. We need to get rid of these. Russ

Study for exam, sleep, or show up. Eh, I'll probably figure it out eventually. Hopefully before the meeting starts.
The meeting had a decent turnout today. The meeting itself was pretty laid back, the cards were handed out. They look good. We are up to about 24 members as of tonight. We talked about who's going to run for the different positions. I think we have at least 1 candidate for each position now. We'll get an official list up soon as the applications come in. The vote meeting will be on May 22nd in Hopkins, details on the location will be posted up. Boomer was able to secure a nice meeting location for us. We might also plan a club outing afterwards, pizza 'n' beer/pop or something. We're gonna have a basic online voting thing too, probably just submit votes via PM. We'll post the ballot up online and paid members can vote during the 22nd, 12:00 am to 11:59 pm, something like that. First PM only counts. Details will be posted later.
