Maybe a wrx hood scoop is too big?

We just got done washing and waxing Matt's car before going to HIN and Matt opens the hood to find a dead bird had been sucked into his hoop scoop! Its funny because I was just thinking to my self I bet you could really suck somthing into that. I guess we should be greatful it isnt a sti hood scoop because there could have been a eagle in there or somthing lol...

 

nice!! i cut a bird in half with my wrx w/ a sti hood scoop. I've already hit 2 birds with my sti in about a month of owning it, but none yet in the scoop. nothing worse than cleaning guts out of the ic fins.

 

That is funny. I had a frog in my screen. Not sure how that happened.

A bird tried to challenge my front mount the second day I had my car back from Matt after the install. the bird lost :laugh: It was really a nasty mess to clean up. I got all the guts cleared off the core and then just as I was about to get back on the road I notice a pair of bird feet hangin from underneath my front bumper. First kill for me in the STI. My old RS had countless kills tho...pretty much one of everything native to MN...thankfully I never killed anyones pet tho.
