Selling my MB Weapons A-tech. I'm looking to get 18's since I just picked up my BBS. Rims are 17x8 +46 offset, 5x100 lug pattern, missing ome center cap, light curb rash on one wheel, Azenis PT722 A/S 215/45/17 tires, all even wear at 8/32nds. Made 49th week of 2010 (if it matters). Bronze in color but has been plasti dip white. I did 5 coats and drove with it once. All wheels have been balanced and tires are in great condition. Pm me with any questions or your number as I can send pictures by phone as i cant post pictures with my ipad. Asking $400 no trades. Thanks!

Can someone paint over the plastic coating?

If I were to guess, yes, it is very possible to paint over it. However, as it is plasti dipped the paint over it would also be easily peeled off. This is just a guess. Someone may have a better input than I. If I'm incorrect feel free to correct me. I would personally go on the safe side and either have them sand blasted or sand them yourself to repaint them.

Thanks Dan, that is correct! It's also possible to use the white as a base coat and use the same product, plaits dip, to do a color of your choice. To the best of my knowledge, plasti dip comes in varietiy of colors which you would have to special order.

...adding to that, the white can be easily pealed off if isn't the color you desire. The original color to the rim is Bronze.

If these were a little bigger I would personally snatch them up. Someone's gotta want some nice wheels.

Thanks again! Yeah, I'd also prefer something slighty bigger and a little more aggressive.

Bump! Wheels will be great for a winter set. All season tires that are still great in condition.
