***Stop back for weekly Monday updates*** We here at MNSubaru are planing on hosting a member appreciation night. The site has been confirmed... Morrie's Subaru of Minnetonka was nice enought to open the doors afterhours so we could put this event on. We are still working out many of the details including the date. The date I have requested is March 24 and this it sounds as if this date shouldn't be a problem. I am hoping that I can confirm this date by the end of next week (2-17). Also by next Friday I will have the lodging info for anyone who would like to book a room because we will be heading to a pub so the festivites can continue. As for activies: 2 sets of corn hole toss will be provided (tourney TBD). A couple of silent auction tables will be provided so start looking for items to auction off (more to follow on silent auction format). We should have a few things to raffle off as well (I am working on a few largers items and will release details at a later date). A few members are willing to bring in their "built" Subarus for us to look over. Food will be provided but we need to lock in a few thing before confirming a food vendor or just grilling up something ourselves. If anyone else would like to see something provided just request it and we will see what we can do to honor your request. Thanks from, MNSubaru
Indoors for sure, we hope that it is a large open area with tall ceiling. Sounds ideal for a couple sets of boards... We'll size up the tourney at a later date. Thanks Brian, keep the ideas coming guys

Also, once I get a confirmed site I will be able to release more info... I'm working on a few things... I also will be searching for a discounted lodging rate for any out state members that might want to attend.
yes more of a get together and hang shoot the BS... I and trying for 4 lifts so olny certin members are going to be "allowed" to "present" their cars indoors and on the lift... i have 3 of the 4 cars lined up already. I am still waiting on conformation from the site... my contact was off this week so no real new to up date this week... But if I haven't heard by next Monday I will be implementing plan B. And no not the clinic
:bump: Just spoke with my contact... as the magic 8ball would say, "outlook good"... I will get the official word by Wednesday.
I figured I would start with that... I keep getting the "it's in the works" from my contact... I told him I need to know by Monday of this week if not I am moving to plan B. BroCo - thanks for taking the time to do this. I know this wasn't your event to run, and I hear it was dropped on your lap. Thanks for picking it up, making sure we have prizes, and just doing a crap load of work on this over the past week or so. It's really cool of you man. I am on-call that week, but I am 99.95% I have someone to cover my pager for me so I can stop by for a bit.
