So I bought a new ride (o5' STI). The previous owner wanted to fit some agressive fit wheels under the fenders so he decided to clip :eek4: and then pull the rear fenders. Long story short he did a poor job and then covered it up with some flares.

Does anyone know of a good shop that does metal fabrication? I would like to recreate the current look but with a stock fit and finish.

    Anyone?

If you find a place and they don't normally do a lot of auto body work, be sure to look at a few other jobs they've done to get an idea of their workmanship. Just because someone says they can do the job, doesn't mean that they can.

I know a couple good motorcycle fabricators, but not auto body stuff.

Check with Sears Imported Autos body shop. They've done some amazing quarter panel restorations on our vehicles. Don't bother calling, tho. Bring the car by so they can see what you're doing. Else they will quote you sky high.
