if you want to destroy your diffs you can. Its much more strain on the diff, tanny with awd car. If you do it on grass or snow than its fine.

have you looked at your Miata diff? don't kid yourself this will destroy a Miata diff also. The previous owner of my Miata can attest to this. There probably aren't many IRS centers weaker than the 90-93 and 94-99 centers.

Sti yes. Open diff gets less damage than a LSD would get doing donuts. And I do know that Miata diff is very weak, I dot care if it breaks I will just get an lsd anyway.

The front and rear diffs are LSDs. The center is a mix of both mechanical and clutch.

its similar taras you just rev the motor and on the upsweep of the rpm's you slip the clutch out at the same time it makes for great control and awesome slides

It might be that fact that you would have to be sure of your sexuality to drive a miata, any lesser man might be afaid of being called gay. Some people can't handle petty teasing. here's a couple of pic of mine. sure is alot of fun for alot less money and a hell of a lot cheaper to drive and fix than my suby!

LOL... Its all just fun and games. My co-worker had a sweet miata. It was prolly the best handling car i had ever driven. I like miatas and i like taras. Its just fun to get a rise out of him.

If I can ever afford to do another project car, I'm pretty sure it's going to be a Miata with a SR20 swap.

Go carts are great, road legal one's are even better!
