I bought this for my wife for her new laptop, but the laptop was crap and I end up returning it back to best buy, which I also bought this software. I don't know how I describe it.... I NEVER USED IT or REGISTERED but I open it. Can't return this item. Their policy state it can't be return it once its open. I try it but no luck. $149.99 plus tax I will let it go for $120 firm.....
