I bought a new handrail for my Ar-15, and come to find the new barrel nut is a bit too small for my barrel. I wanted to see if anybody knows where I can take it to have the new barrel nut re-thread to match my old one. Should be pretty simple for someone that has the tools.

    THANKS for any help

Just a cheap Bushmaster, but I wanted to put on flip up sights for alternative. I bought a Midwest Industries free float handguard made for a carbine, but the barrel nut is too small. In theory, a tap and dye set would prolly get the job done but it needs to be precise
