Is misfire when your exhaust sometimes sounds like a popping sound, because when I shift from 1st-2nd i hear a pop sound coming from my exhaust? Is this good or bad?

    How can I fix this?

    thanks

its not uncommon, do you have an aftermarket blow off valve?

yep the unburnt gas is coming all of the way through and igniting in your exhaust, making a popping noise. when your blow off valve is going off it is removing metered air that the engine is expecting is coming through the intake, so for that period of time the BOV is acting the engine is getting fuel for air that isnt there, and its not burning completely.
