    Now that we have that out of the way... Anyone interested in meeting up to head out there? I'm aiming to get there before 8, departing from the south metro. I missed the actual meet last month because I showed up right at 11. I was still very glad I made the attempt for the chance to glimpse a few stunning rides on the surrounding roads. Cruising with a Ford GT (gorgeous sounding car) and an M3 GTR was worth the jaunt. I'm not going to miss it again. ;)

    edit: If anyone is interested in having a peek under the 5th gen LGT, I'm going to be installing a TBE at first gear afterwards (well, fumbling around while Ben installs a TBE, but you get the idea)...

    I am planning to go, if I get my BMW fixed.

    My Subaru is not worth driving to that gathering.

    Surly, I would be down with meeting up to head up there. I usually go there early too so it would be fine with me. Any idea where to meet?

    That's what the spectator section is for mang, right next to my car. ;)

    I figured I'd give it a couple days and see what kind of interest there is, then try to pick a spot that's reasonably doable for most of the people interested in meeting up. I'm guessing something in the Edina area around 35W would make sense for most folks on their way to Eden Prairie.

    Definitely interested in this. I always mean to go out there, but seem to always be out of town when its happening.

    I am over in east Bloomington and would be up for a caravan. So pretty much anywhere around 35W is great for me.

    thinks it starts before 8 actually. but i plan on trying to be out there, hope to have the subie out of the garage by then!!

    The site says it starts at 8, but I think 7 is when the cars start rolling in. I'm thinking if we plan on hitting at right at 8 we should be in good shape.

    I will be there, gonna try and see if I can get a few more people to go. Edit: ^ Tekko I might be up for that, trying to get my friend to bring his turbo 350z, and might also have a vette and or old school Porsche in the mix.

    If I do go, I'll be getting there early, around 7:30, since I have to work at 9. So if anyone wants to meet up at 7 somewhere let me know. I'll be coming from 100 and 7 in St. Louis Park.

    Let me put it this way... I plan to be in the show. And the take off on Tuesday night... I was seeing how much ground clearance I have. It may be a nice looking garage queen, but it is still a Subaru!
    Could actually do this, as funny as it sounds. But I need to get in there at like 7:30, otherwise I might not get in.

    Soooo... looks like there's 7-10'ish folks interested. I'm probably bringing my brother-in-law who will be driving my wife's Forester as well.

    I'm thinking 7:15'ish in Perkin's parking lot right off 494 and France, just west of 35W, leaving at 7:30. Thoughts? I'd be cool with something closer to MOA as well, but I figure if we got to far east of 35W then it's going to be out of a lot of people's way.

    *02subbieRS and I live right next to each other in Apple Valley. Assuming he's in, whoever wants to head up to Edina with us would be more than welcome. We're off 42 and Cedar...

    Weather is showing that it is going to rain and be a little chilly. So I'm not so anxious to get there early. I am willing to meet everyone at Perkins.

    hey guys, I have always wanted to check this event out. I am going to bring my 2 kids and girlfriend. I'll meet you guys at Perkins. Seems a great meet spot.

    Yup, that's my plan. Daddy needs caffeine and pastries. I was planning on bringing my boy (he likes to see the "race cars") but I don't think he'll make it through the show AND an install after. Next month...

    I'll be driving down from Blaine as well. I probably won't meet you guys beforehand; if I've got any chance of bringing the girlfriend along, I won't be leaving the house early enough.

    i also would like to meet up and caravan it out there. So now that everyone has decided to meet at the Perkins, anybody want to meet at the Baker square in ep right on the way for everyone? Its right on 212 by the Rainbow foods. It is right at the nexus of the city, the corner of 494s and w. Im pretty sure that baker square is still open.... may want to check on that for bfast
