MnCollegeBooks Advertising/Marketing Person Needed

I own a company called MnCollegeBooks. Its really been on my back burner since i graduated. My business partner and i did this our senior year in college. We have sites for the 10 biggest school in Minnesota, however, the only one we really promoted at was at my alma mater, st. cloud. It is thriving in st. cloud, but not at the other places. We could really use a marketing/advertising person to help out. When we had time we were making some good money. I will give you 30%!!! commission on any contracts for advertising you get. Our sememster contracts to put a banner on the site are 1200 bucks..which means you get $360 per contract you obtain for a company to advertise on the site!!! grndaymk: hey.. how stable do you think that job is going to be.. i need something that will get me a steady flow of money for the next year until i start school

JusGrim: depends on how well you do. you will be paid by your commisions. The students love the site in st cloud...just have to get the word out at other schools. Even if you just get one advertiser at each of the ten schools...thats 3600 per semester..and once you get those contracts you can either keep making more money or relax a bit

JusGrim: its not that difficult actually...companies love anything that has to do with the college

grndaymk: so is it just posting flyers and stuff like that

JusGrim: my partner and i had 5-6 going at once in st cloud when we were working on it...could you imagine having 5-6 at each school.. thats $18,000 for you

JusGrim: yeah..hang signs...you can be creative. have a booth or something on the campus. Talk with professors about it and have them tell the students. Do interviews for the school papers.....we have done all of these

grndaymk: ill think about. i applied at some other places today and i just wana see if any of those go threw.. even if they dont this seems like somthing i could maybe do on the side or weekends

JusGrim: exactly. That is what we did during school. Just did it at night and on the weekends. You can either do it full time or just do it for supplemental income..either way you are golden
