Since the site was kinda slow this morning, I decided to install the latest VB update. Along with the usual 350+ bug fixes , this update is laying the groundwork for a few future features that will make the site much easier to use. The biggest of the upcoming features will be a new editor. For those that use chrome and safari, you don't get the wysiwyg editor, you need to actually type out the BB code for pictures and such. The new editor will get everyone a very much improve wysiwyg editor. Unfortunately, it didn't make it into this release, but should be coming soon. Another big upcoming change is going to happen on the backside, but will change everything on the front side. They are in the process of updating the overall look/theme to VBulletin. Along with that change, theming the site will change a bit. Once those changes get rolled out, I will be re-working the dark theme and designing a whole new light theme. I also installed the latest tapatalk plugin. So make sure your phone software is up to date to take advantage of all the new features. Like with all updates, if you see anything out of place or random colors that don't belong, please let me know and grab a screen shot if you can. So as of now, everything is running on the latest and greatest updates. And for those on IE6, sorry, but you get what you get. VBulletin no longer actively fixes IE6 rendering issues and I don't have the time and/or knowledge to go through and fix all the IE6 problems. And really at this point, it is a 9 year old browser. I just can't support that. Russ
When using the /CODE feature with the Dark Theme, it has a gradient background color that makes things difficult to read. See attached. Also, all the extra space on the left hand side is very annoying to me. I know some of that space is for displaying avatars and whatnot, but some of that could be minimized. ~Dan
