I'm sure Nick will join us again with his Ruger 10/22.

I normally have lots of ammo with, otherwise yeah nothing funky just normal decent stuff.

I will be bringing:

-Springfield XDm .40
-Springfield M1A .308Win / 7.62x51 NATO (150gr Federal works best)
-CY6 AR-15 .223 / 5.56x45 NATO

I will have to try working up some hand loads so I will have some ammo to bring ;-), the stuff is getting harder to find.

I will probably be attending but I am not sure if I have other plans that weekend. I might be grouse hunting. If show up I'll have my SIAGA .308.

Prior to LAST WEEKEND I HAVNT FIRED A GUN IN ALMOST 20 YEARS. woops caps, to lazy to fix

I did my first time ever at skeet shooting with a 12 gauge. Was awsome! The first 4 shots I didnt hit crap, but after that I seemed to get it down. Anytime this is offered again, I'd love to go. I felt so amped up after shooting. I can see how this could get addicting. Its a big stress reliever.

 

Sounds like i might be out of town now........ erg will keep posted.

 

I'll be wheels down at 11pm on the 30th of september, and dont pump back out until the 12th. If theres a shoot somewhere in between there I'd love to make it.

 

They dont sell much ammo, pretty much just whatever extra we have laying around, or we can order it in, but usually u have to buy a case of it... They sell a lot of used and collector guns, some new stuff on hand (if we dont have it on hand we can order it in usually within a week) We also sell some scopes and accessories. If you are looking for anything in particular the shop is called Neigel Firearms and the # is 218-736-2133... We also put on 2 gun shows in Fergus Falls, one in Sauk Centre, one in Detroit Lakes, and one in Wadena... The shop is located in Fergus Falls

Yeah, Its normally 15-20 bucks a person providing your own targets and ammo. Targets are a buck or two and ammo varies obviously.

We shot at those targets at the St Cloud zombie shoot in early this year. Good targets.

Yikes this is tomorrow. I thought is was Sunday, phew almost missed it. I should still be able to make it. I made it out to the local 100yrd range and got my new scope 90% dialed in. I will also be bringing a browning buckmark in .22LR.

I will have to see if they have any good deals on 870s there, Robinsdale only had 1 and it was $900!!!

 

I wont be attending, no money right now.

 

I'll have mine too. I've got close to 2000 rnds I'll bring a few extra boxes.

 

Well I have seen 870s going for about the same price as the 500s the one they had a bills was all tricked out so it cost more.

I will be brining the AR with. I only have about 50rnds for it. If you want to pick something up, pretty much anything in .223 or 5.56x45 will work fine just no steel cased stuff (Wolf or Bear ammunition).

 

Fleet farm right down the road from Bills has a bunch 0f the Federal xm193 .223/5.56 @8.99 boxes of 20 or 200 for $79(none left)which is a "goodish" price. They also had probably 150 boxes(50) Blazer Brass 40 S&W but that was 15.99

I'll bring 200 or so .223 so no need to run out to buy 1 or two boxes if someone is just wanting to try em out a bit.

I'll pack a box of 357 mag for our little revolver which is kinda fun too. Oh and a few slugs to really make the mossberg boom.

 

^ I might need to run to the fleet farm I only have 30 rnds for the .223. 200 for 80 is the same deal as walmart nd cabelas have. It is a good price considering the current conditions.

 

going to bring my 1911 and ammo. I am going to try and bring a rifle and ammo for it as well. I have about 4-5 boxes of .45 and about 6-8 boxes of .223

 

I am all packed up for tomorrow. I am bringing the XDm, M1A, AR15, and Buckmark. I am planning on hitting up fleet farm before hand (8:30 ish) then heading to bills. so if anyone needs anything let me know or else I will see you there.

 

No monies at the moment, so I won't be able to make it out there today.

That was a good time. Glad that we had more people make it out than the previous outing. Now I need to tear down my ar and figure out why it was FTEing.
