Anyone ever deal with them? I'm thinking about getting a used subie from them and I was wondering if anyone knows anything about them?
We bought both our 05 STi and 09 Forester(both new) from Morries BP. Don't really have any input though as we came into the deal knowing everything we needed to know about the cars and whatnot. Don't think I've been back for anything since getting the forester cause I have been getting any parts i need from the tonka boys.
Not judging everyone at morries bp, but the used cars sales manager acted like an ass towards me so I walked right outta there. Everyone at tonka has been respectful and helpful.
Yes...Scott Putnam 952-797-1319. He can get you a car from any Morries dealer....just deal with him though...he supports MNSubaru, Rally, Rally X, and everything else in-between!
+1 for Scott Putnam, bought my car from him back when he was at bloomington subaru. Nice to have a salesman that actually knows A LOT about the cars they're selling.
Ok thanks everyone. I think i might be buying the one they have there. Its a 2003 MBP 2.5rs with 101k on it. interior and exterior are both very clean. Its not a done deal yet but it will be soon and i will post some pics too.
Ok forget what i said my brother went to test drive it and hte check engine light is on and there are some interior trim pieces missing and fog lamps dont work. They said they can fix the check engine thing and we pay 7950. that doesn't see like the best deal to me so i'm still on the hunt...
You could also talk to Mark Frost at Walser... I know he does a lot of posting of nice used cars that come in to burnsville subaru... and has also done nice things for MNSubaru....
I went up to Morries a coulple years ago, but it was Morries Mazda to buy a car and the dealer had to be the biggest moron that I had ever met. He was telling me the car was in show room condition before I had got there. When I got there he drove the car out and I asked where the car was that I had called about. The paint on the car was in such bad shape there was no "just buff it out". It was so bad it needed to be repainted. He told me I didnt know what I was talking about and I called his manager. I didnt know what I was talking about? Really? Little did he know I worked in a body shop for 4 years painting and detailing cars. What a prick!
Well im actually looking at a Honda Si right now. its the hatchback that they don't make anymore. We'll see what happens.
