Does anyone have expirience with these guys on warranty/modding? how hard they are when it comes to denying warranties ect. you all know wha tim talking about. if you could, specific examples would help thanks!!

 

we have guys on this forum that works there. they should know.

the guys that work in the shop were cool to me,
but the service associate got a little snooty with me once he found out i was not stock.

bp subaru is hands down the best place to go.

 

I hands down disagree! Who did you deal with, service advisor wise. We have new writers since most of you would've last visited...besides tommy.

Although you may think that BP is going to be better warranty wise...It all depends on who gets involved. If the district service manager gets involved, your screwed no matter you go!

Also, what kind of warranty work are you in need of? I can probably help you out.

are you are hands down disagreing that the guy was an ***?
or that he gave me a hard time for my downpipe?

because i am pretty much sure that both of those things happened.
having phisically been there and all.

p.s.
all i was looking for was to get a cel pulled, and they were 2 min from me when it popped up.
i wasnt even looking for warranty service, just a warm place with a reader.
if i find the freeze, i'll let you know who it was.

 

I was dis-agreeing that BP is better. Give me a call for the CEL, I will personally help you out.
