I am debating on either painting or buying new plastics for my 06 Ninja ZX-10R and was looking for some input. My first bike was the kawi green and I personally loved it, I got the black one for a great deal and couldn't pass it up. Pretty much EVERY vehicle I've owned were black, to include my new WRX. So I'm kinda debating on switching to green. Just looking for everyone elses opinions on colors. Think it would be cheaper to paint the fairings, or just order a whole new fairing set and painting the tank? Mine as it sits now the green/black I'm looking to go to
Green is good, but a neon green literbike might as well have a "breaking the law" scrolling sign on it. Stealth black, ftw.
I wouldn't go through all the work to change it even though the black is kinda boring. Maybe complete the black with some powdercoat on those silver bits. If you must have the green, the mnsubaru answer would be to paint the wheels and slap on a couple monster stickers
