Has any seen this movie? It is an exclusive at BlockBuster. There is a sweedish car, a CCX. They state it is the fastest street legal car anywhere. Tops out at 270mph. Is this possible? The only one in the US is the one in the movie. jack
noooooo. not good at all. nice cars in it but bad acting! would rather watch fast and the furious. Oh and there's some babes in there as well, but yeah bad movie
YEah bad bad acting!! not Block Buster exculsive you can get it at Best Buy. Just really nice cars and a REALLY hot main actress!!!
CCX not fastest car in the world...veron is faster but i beliece its by only about 10mph or so...and yeah bad movie
Terrible acting but all the cars are high end so its a nice movie to watch and drool over. Just download it and save yourself the money cause your only going to want to watch it once
Koenigsegg ccx at the time of shooting actually was the fastest street legal car. Then the Koenigsegg CCR, then the Bugatti Veyron. The fastest speeding ticket ever recorded in the usa was also in a Koenigsegg. The producer of redline owned most of the cars was just looking for an excuse to put his toy collection in a move. Eddie griffin wrecked his enzo understeering it into a wall like a noob.
That's why it sounds familiar. Did we ever find out for sure if that was a publicity stunt or not ? At first I thought the OP was asking about RedLined, a movie so bad I can't even find it on IMDB. One of these days, I'll get around to watching the end of it, but first I've got some important paint that needs to be closely observed until it dries. Stuart.
I am pretty sure that he actually did crash it...even if it was a publicity stunt it was a damn expensive one cause I can not think of one car you could make up to look like an enzo
I'm not questioning that bit. It's the "was it an accident, or was he asked to crash it on purpose" question that still bothers me. Those Hollywood types have some strange ways. Stuart.
it was a legitimate crash, it just looks suspicious since its not something you see often. If he would have gotten on the brakes and reloaded the weight on the front end then steered out of it or given it a lot of throttle oversteer he could have avoided it. instead he just locked up the understeer and slid all the way, basically frozen up like someone who is driving way over their level.
