    Hey,
I'm living in Mpls and recently took my Forester in and got the dreaded diagnoses of an oil leak coming from the head gaskets. I've been calling around to get some estimates and by far the best price came from Elite Motorsports down in Eagan. However, when I looked around for reviews on their work I stumbled across the thread on here that said stay away. I tossed a comment on that thread but figured I'd start one here too as the last response was back in 2011. I'm wondering if the awesome repair price is too good to be true or if this place has turned it around as of late?

Yes, it's too good to be true. Walk away.

Man I was jacked until I came across the thread about the place. Anyone with suggestions on a mpls/st. paul mechanic that came through for them when it came to head gaskets repairs would be much appreciated!

I'd say go to honest-1 auto, and say your a mersc member. See if they give you 20% off labour without checking for actual membership.

It might have been only 10%....either way, it's a savings through their service

you can shoot @NF Performance a private message and see what they say.

That is where I would bring my vehicle. :)

I'd also stay away from the Subie Sureon in Hudson unless you like paying mechanics in cursed Aztec Gold and waiting 2 months for your car back.

I brought my first Subaru to Woody's back in 08. He did a few things for a pretty good price that was hard to beat anywhere.
