i havent posted for awhile...i have been owing my 04 TSX for almost 9 months, but still missing the power of my old WRX, o well!! GOTTA move on tho. i have lowered my TSX with pro-kit spring, thanks to Dave for doing my springs.( it gave him a very hard time) and i finally painted my stockers lately..so just wanna share some pictures with u guys.. looks good kin! it was a pleasure to work on your car again. And yes, those endlinks were a bummer.....but we got it.
intake/header/exhaust, k-pro is a hondata tuning program for k-series engines, turns out you cant use it easily on a TSX, but hondata can do an ecu reflash. k-series engines are beasts, just gota un cork them a bit.
i know, stupid acura parts...but the new endlinks are rusting out now...plus, my rear strusts are making more noise...i afraid more hard time is coming for u dave hahah i love the TL too, but it was too much for me. TSX is just a smaller verson of TL, but i love those TL tailights tho and One thing i heard about the Tl, the steering wheel shakes?? are u experiencing that problem? mine is a Auto and urs?
gotcha...i had the K&N filter put in... i was thinking about the header and exhaust too, but since my car is automatic, it might be kinda ricy to have them.
It's a manual. No steering wheel shake... The steering is a little loose for my liking when I'm pushing the car though, but no shake. It doesn't handle very well, but I'm working on that... hahha yea, i dont know i was tinking tho. o well, i was thinking since my wrx was stick shift, if i get another stick shift, then i might have just kept my wrx. thats why I was thinking for a change of driving a automatic. :laugh:
o yea, no doubt on the tires....they suck...i got my car in october with new tires, and my rear inner parts are already wear out even with my aftermarket camber kit. I heard ppl said their stock tires are just suck....
My current tires are at least 67 times worse than whatever the stock tire is. They are Wysntar Exocet R-27's. Yeah, I've never heard of them either...... that's because they are cheap ass knockoffs that suck! I can't wait until the wear out.
im guna be up for the weekend of the 4th for sure, but besides that really depends on what happens with jobs. still waiting to hear if i got an offer at a place in superior.
