I already posted my Legacy so I figured I would post my other car so here is my 00' Civic EX. These are from a while ago and I have since had the tail lights painted Candy Apple Red with the reverse lights remaining clear. My buddy owns a body shop so we put some round stickers over the reverse lights before he sprayed them. It's mods are a DC 4-1 Header, Unorthodox Racing Pulleys, Korbach frame locks, Ebay generic true Cold Air Intake, Breather, Aftermarket Mirrors, Aftermarket Spoiler, Custom Grill, 17'' rims, and a Tsudo catback exhaust.

The tail lights are now all clear red except for the reverse light (think RSX lights) and I had always wanted white rims so I told myself that no matter what color car I got I was going to get white rims. And I went with a white grill to match the rims. BUT, I am not going to be using my civic through the winter so I may do some changes and paint the grill and rims this winter. I need new tires anyway so I will probably paint rims then. I had thought about all black with the black Headlight housing so we will just have to see. And anytime people do ANYTHING to a civic someone's going to call it "ricey" so whatever guys. Haha.

take off the mesh, take off the tail lamps, I dont mind the wheels but they are starting to look like the played out motegi style. Are there any other mods? If not, it might as well be stock.

Here are what the tail lights look like now. They are custom painted so you won't see another set like them.

Just please don't do gloss black! I think it would look better with flat black or a dark grey... something subtle... kinda like:

But what do I know, I rock blue wheels in the winter

as an ex honda guy, (and moderator on clubcivic.com) there isnt much I do like. Wheels are too big and too white, grill looks blah, and the tails are blah.(even though you painted them) Drop it a bit and put some wheels no bigger than 15's. Put Si tails in and a Si front lip. also go back to stock on the grills.
That is if you're trying to fix it up. But imo, its pretty ricey. and there are ways to fix these cars up so they dont look ricey.
    just my 2.

I am a member on clubcivic.com. And no, I won't be changing up all of that stuff. It is my work car. I like the look and that's really all that matters. I will probably change the color of the rims and grill this winter but I certainly won't be spending any big money to change anything. And way to go with the photoshop Idget. Haha. And thanks Ctracey. I like the look of the tail lights as well. I was shooting for making them different than any other civic since there are so many out there.

My honda gets too good of gas mileage to get rid of it. I drive a lot for work so it's benificial to keep it.

Yeah my buddy was spraying some stuff with Candy Apple Red car paint so I bought some smiley face stickers cause they were round and of varying size and we put one on each of the reverse lights. 4 layers of candy apple to get the darkness we wanted and then we pulled the stickers off and clear coated the whole thing.

And yes, it is a SOHC with VTEC. I quit modding it because I was using it for work and any other mods would hurt gas mileage and be a waste of money on a car that I was putting so many miles on.

It wouldn't be bad if you lost the grille completely, got rid of the white wheels, went back to stock exhaust and lowered it a little.

It's a work car. I really don't care enough about it to invest any more money. I was just looking through my pics on my computer and I figured I would throw it on here.

It's all in good fun anyway!! If you can't take some crap you should stay off any forums. Everyone thinks differently and that's what makes life fun!! And yeah, whenever I'm not at work best believe I am rollin' in the 06' spec b. Only 499 other people can say they have that car. So good luck with burnin that!! haha
