    got bored during the summer, so went to discount steel and grab 8 foot of piping for $10!!!!:biggrin: and so yeah heres some pics of the progress..finished it today but still has a minor leak which will be dealt with tomorrow or soomething.

    is that a stick welder you are using, ugh. Try a wire feed next time, the welds look kinda rough.

    nice looking muffler, but the welds look like your exhaust has a bad infection

    its flux core welder...thats all i had and cant afford for a better one...lol

    haha i see, o wells, i didnt have the right equiptment and so i would liek have to bridge alot of the welds hence the hideous welds...lol..i also got tired and frustrated so i quickly rushed the last couple welds.....next time when i have the right equiptment....ill like take close ups on the welds...=D

    or you could have bought a 90 bend and cut it ... then you wouldnt have had as many weld to do....

    yeah, but it was a budget build..=D lol...and yeah..didnt know anyother place that would sell one for cheap cheap...lol

    lol yeah....this was like a super last minute thing and i leave for school friday..soooo yeah....lol, ill make it look a million times nicer when i make a new one, if i make one..

    haha thanks, installing this thing was a B*^%& the hangers wont go in unless the pipe at the very end is up, so hada use all arm strenght to get it up and plop the hangers in. After its in, perfect fit...kind of, but everything is a tight fit so yeah

    Thats pretty cool. Props for making your own exhaust. It doesnt really matter what the welds look like, no one will probably ever see them except you. All that matters is that it sounds good.
