I finally got everything (mechanical) together and stuck my EG33 into my RS. The engine is old and busted, but it's really only for figuring out the plumbing. Then comes the low mileage one. Should be running ~2 weeks.

and one of the clutch because its so pretty and no one will ever see it again.

    the car or the clutch?

the car was an ebay special, salvage title run under a semi on the drivers side. I repaired everything back to withing 2 mm of factory spec, put a JDM v5/6 front end on it and called it good.

The clutch is an exedy "stage 3" 6 puck sprung.

No, I bought the whole SVX for the engine, runs really well for the 166K on the clock. Sold most of the SVX parts by now too.

It looks ready to pump some mAd air. You have the clutch to hold the power; any plans to replace the cams and/or port the heads?

My plans are as follows: Get this running. ECUtune Stage 2 chip MAF injectors and 7500 redline. Beat the everliving piss out of it, then look for a cheap ZEX 150 dry shot and see what happens.....

All handling mods in process. Swaybars an links are done. Need to make a decision on suspension. Full cage it stitch weld (next summer I hope) and I need a good fixed position full enclosesure seat. Little stuff like Lexaning the back windows etc.

While purchasing a low mileage (probably importing) eg33 and building for low compression, forged internals, studs, all the usuall stuff. then making the decision on turbo setups. I'm leaning towards twin gt20-25 for full boost at 3k making lots of low torque. Also (hopefully) avoiding the huge "breathing" problem that the EG33 faces. Otherwise I'll just do a standard GT35 setup and see how that goes. Either way I'm looking at full management and plumbing from hell. So,
