Well, I'm in pursuit of something more conducive to all of my future long distance driving, and as much as I love my Jeep, I think its time to part.
It blue books somewhere around $3500. I'll sell it to anyone on here who wants it for the first $1500 cash that shows up, because of the things included below.

It runs GREAT as it is, I love driving it, and have no problems. The front and rear differentials have new fluid, the t-case and transmission have new synthetic, the coolant was flushed, and I had an oil change done 150 miles ago. I will grab my title out of storage for the first person who PM's me and says their interested. If no one jumps on this soon, I'm just going to keep it.

'94 green grand cherokee limited. Its got the 5.2L motor (runs GREAT), leather interior, 6 disc changer, etc. It has a little bit of rust on the right rocker panel, but I had it treated by a truck specialty shop that was local, and it was also undercoated by them.

Its got 155k on it, a new transfer case with 2wd hi, 4wd low and high, vs the factory 4x4 fulltime which is a bad system. The only problem with it right now is that I didnt put the front driveshaft back in for gas mileage reasons, and because I didnt toss the driveshaft in, I didnt connect the tcase linkage. Right now its on rwd and is fantastic to drive.

It idles well, and starts in any weather. The paint is good, the interior is MINT. It has the infiniti gold sound system, which is great.

    The modifications to it are:
FULL dynamat to the interior. doors, roof panels, floor, everything. Its quiet on the highway. Probably the quietest '94 jeep out there.

Brand new Old Man Emu suspension, it replaces the stiff, skinny stock coils, with thick ones that increase the ride quality. It also includes nitrocharger shocks that are much larger than stock and soak up a lot. That was over $600.

The water pump went 500 miles ago, so I replaced the water pump with one that didnt have the fan attatched, (helps with mileage) and then added a 1200 cfm electric fan that runs on a temp sensor at 180. I also replaced the thermostat, all the gaskets, and flushed the coolant system. It works great and keeps the temp at 180 regardless of how hot it is outside. That was the expensive fix to the original problem, all done in order so that there wont be ANY problems with it in the future.

The only little problems with the jeep are what you will find with ALL grand cherokees. The left rear window motor is weak doesnt work at times. The rear wiper motor doesnt work, and if you can find me a grand cherokee that does, I'll be impressed.

throwing the driveshaft in and hooking up four wheel drive tomorrow since I will be selling it. Plan on bumping the price to $2000 after that, just in order for a quick sale. I dont have a lot of time to **** around with a ton of test drives, etc.

If no one jumps on it now, I'm going to see what my trade in is at a dealership!

well, it would be great for that, thats for sure. I've got to get the driveshaft hooked back up, but for those who dont want to pay the extra $4-500, you can just spend an hour or so and hook it up yourself. I plan on setting it up tomorrow morning/afternoon, so you'll have to catch me before then.

Again, the first 1500 before I hook up the stuff takes it. After that its $1900 done deal.

Keep me posted bill! I'm going to be moving it by next monday.

sorry gents, I'll try to get some up tomorrow. It needs a wash, and I've been waiting for a day that isnt freezing but stuff isnt melting.

I will be cleaning it and installing the driveshaft tomorrow unless garagealchemist decides that he wants it without for a lower cost. I will DEFINATELY be cleaning it regardless.

sounds like garage alchemist came up with the $1500 for it, which means i'm not putting the driveshaft in and he's going to be squaring away that part of the driveline.

We're going to be working through the logistics of it today I believe.

My replacement vehicle is looking like an '02 Volvo S60 2.4 5 cylinder turbo with 76k, all had for under 9g's.

I'm moving back to Duluth from Alaska in a couple of weeks. Let me know if you still have it. Great deal, and I can put the shaft in myself. If deal falls through I will definetly be interested if no one else snaps it up by the time I get back.

    they are they are.

The deal is closed unless garagealchemist decides he absolutely hates it for some reason that is unbeknownced to me. (wont happen).

he wired the money over today and its a done deal. He will be picking it up on weds.
