UPDATE ON LAST THREAD!! About 6:30 am on 07-18-06 my wife to be (beth) woke me up and said my heart is beating erregularly and very fast, which instantly get my attention since I have had heart problem since I was borne. So Beth takes me to ER and they start doing test and at one point my heart rate was 250 to 260 a minute, well they were going to sedate me and shock me to put my heart at the right rythym. But I got my self calmed down enough before they had to do that. They kempt me monitored though the day with some drugs to help keep my heart rate lower. This smorning they did an ultrasound of my heart via my esaphugus. (I know I did not spell that right) and then put me out and shocked me to put my hear at the proper rythym. In the future I will have to go back in and get a procedure done where they short out a couple of missfiring wires in my heart to give it more of a perminate fix. (that is the best way I can explain it.) The fix I have now which allowes me to be out of the hospital is a quality one, just requires meds till I get the other procedure done. But now there will not have to be any other major life set backs, wedding, moving, that sort of crap, I can plan for it, get on better health ins through beth so it will cost me less, and not have to miss but one day of work. Well that is what I have been though. All is good now, but an extra prayer or 2 never hurts. Thanks guys...

When they released me today they said I should be fine as long as I stay on the meds if I don't do that then problems could come back. The second procedure will make it 80-90% sure I will never have this happpen again...

Update!! First off, Thanks everyone one for your support. Second, I spoke with my cardioologist today and I have some good news. I will not be needing a second procedure, and with the heart problem I was born with and the prosedure used to correct it this problem is not uncommon. He says I am doing good by only have this one eppisode so far. It was called atrielflutter, and it can be caused by binge drinking, which is what most likely happened to me seeings how my bachelor party was saturday and we were outside a fair amount. So I had 3 things going against me to much booze heart condition dehiderated Just thought I would let you all know!!!
^^don't listen to this guy. He calls his store manager from upstairs just to get the manager out from under a customer's car and then hangs up right when the manager picks up. I'm glad everything is going well with you, Bill. It'll be hard to stay away from binge and wild women but do what you gotta do.
