It's too bad I had the compress the image quality so much to fit it on youtube. And yes, I was going 200mph+ the whole way.

This was the first video taken with the mount. I'm probably going to get a tripod head, and mount it on the harness bar.
It is just a block of aluminium with a 1/4" bolt for my camera. Like I said in an early post, I plan on getting a tripod head for it. It will be interesting than, but if you really want pics I'll take a few and put them up tonight.
What type of camera did you use? Did you use a fish eye lens? I was gonna make a video like this while driving the Twin Cities loop
This is the view you get from a cam on your harness bar (if you have one). I’m driving red car being chased http://s115.photobucket.com/albums/n293/05-MR/?action=view¤t=LSTwithRallyRacer.flv
My camera is mounted on my harness bar. I used a .42x wide angle lens. You could call it a fish eye if that's easier. The camera is an Everio MG330. It doesn't officially come out until the end of February.
Nice video. The wide angle really works well for that. Here's the camera mount I have. It gets the camera up high, but it's a little too close to the front of the car. And a sample video from it. http://video.google.com/videoplay?d...l=6&start=0&num=10&so=0&type=search&plindex=2
