BATTER BLASTER!!! This is just an awesome idea. This is pancake batter in basically a Reddi-whip can. A friend ran across this stuff somehow on the internet www.batterblaster.com We had a friend/co-worker that is in-house at Cat-Lafayette buy some and test it out. He highly recommended it and we tried to work out some shipping means, but due to the need to stay refrigerated we figured we would wait. We had a friend going down to Louisville last weekend, he said he would stop in a Meijer store (i guess its a grocery store) and pick up several can's of the good stuff. Needless to say he bought out the store 9 cans is all they had otherwise he would have got more. So today I got my first can and made pancakes for dinner, which is something i usually don't like to do. Pancakes are breakfast food only, just like cereal. I can say I am very happy with the product. I heated up my electric griddle and sprayed some Batter Blaster right onto it. It took about 2.5 - 3 minutes to make 5 smallish pancakes and about the same to make 4 larger ones. I enjoyed the pancakes very much and I could easily make these in the morning before i go to work.:yumyum: The were nice and fluffy and had good flavor; a little bit of butter and some syrup topped off the dish. I highly recommend getting some of this if you ever go into the Ohio river valley area. The likes of IN, OH, TN and southern IL.
