My new house

I'll stop hijacking kong's thread to inform you all. they took our offer of $85k for this house we were looking at. So we go up to Duluth for final inspection on Thursday.

little background info: I got accepted into UMD very late, so the dorms were full. After doing some research we found that rent would be very similar to a mortgage payment and if I had a roommate, it would be almost free. So my parents are buying me a house to live in for college.

Anyway, here it is

Wow! 85K!!!That's a price we don't see anymore here in the cities. That house looks cozy but a little tight. For a college student, that's great!
