the waterfall is in the hot tub. it wasnt a flip. i built it(had a builder build it) and was going to live in it but then i got sick and had to move closer to work. i've had it for a year and a half

 

I see, either way thats a nice house, Wish houses like that cost as much here in the burbs.

 

yeah. its priced 40 grand less than the one across the street that is very similar. i could use a quick sale.

 

when all eight in the tub have had too mcuh to drink bring on the waterfalls... ha ha ha

 

Taxes are high out there! $4095 for property taxes in 2005? What did it go to now in 2006?

I thought my property taxes were high this year, a little over $3000 in Maplewood.

Nice house by the way....to bad it's way out there.
