Ok everyone, starting to look for some stuff. Not in any order except mostly coilovers 1st I guess. Something streetable, but good for track also. Also looking for CAI, Injectors (unsure of size as of now, but larger than stock) Fuel pump, Crank pully, Rims (would really like Enkie RPF1s in silver) MBC, BOV (thinking APS or Forge) Larger TMIC, Sway bars, Strut bars. thats all I can think of, just post up what you have, thanx

I don't want to flame you or anything....but why do you Need or Want a MBC? Do you have any idea how bad they are to run without the proper tune. And whatever you do.....DO NOT run an AEM Intake on your Subaru.....

yeah, from what Ive read, the stock intake is good to something like 400hp or something crazy like that. And I wouldn't put anything on my car that would mess with it without a tune.

Definately want to get tuned with your upgrades...Brian is right about the AEM intakes. APS, K&N are good, that's if u feel that you have to run a better intake. Underhill is correct about the Stock airbox, it is good for around 350-400hp. I currently have the AEM works fine, but got protuned right away. Suprised that you didn't mention the TBE.

Maybe Im confused, or didn't post clearly  All that I have now (that I know of) is a TBE, the list above are things Im looking for. Though looking at it now, I was a little tired when I wrote it, but most of it holds good for what Im wanting. (<---Does any of that make sense?)

If that's the case then get a Cobb AP or some type of fuel management. Do stay away from AEM. I've heard too many bad stories about the intake due to where the sensor is located on it. You don't need new injectors or fuel pump unless you really push your stock turbo real hard.

Im thinking of going with EcuFlash or something like that. But want to do some logging first. I have a cable and laptop to get started. I need to see if Im running on a stock map, Im thinking it might not be....but need to investigate that a bit.

Since you plan on doing your suspension with coilover and sway bars I'll tell you some of the best money spent is the small stuff. I have TIC cowl/fender braces. They rock and are less than $100. Also the TIC rear clunk killer bushing set, Whiteline steering bushing, KB short shifter and all the bushings, and the H-brace. It'll add up but those pieces are really nice to have. Also, I have group-N tranny and engine mounts which in retrospect I would opt for the Cusco as I'm willing to put up with more NHV.

I do have a short shifter, unsure of what brand...I need to get my car over to Bikerboy to check it out and see what all is on it. I think he knows to guy that had it before me, and others might also. If anyone knows anything about it info would be nice. 04 Sti silver, traded in at BP Subaru at the end of Oct. Im not really needing more power (at this point:roll: ) Im mostly wanting to focus on the handeling and brakes. The braking isn't bad, but some stainless lines to start I think. And in the spring new rotors and pads for the track. Hmmm this is getting to be a long post...
