Ok so I just got my front and rear sway bars, endlinks and a down pipe. I don't have very many tools to do installs because they are all still in California. Can anyone help me install these things?

you buying the BBQ and malt liqour? :D

i could prolly swing by some time and give a hand. sway bars are easy enough. dunno about exhuast; we can take a look but I get that stuff is really tight and stuffed up there huh? I'm used to just hack sawing and welding stuff right on for exhuast :)

I can help with the work but I don't have the tools to start or finish the work. I myself is saving up some money so I can buy my own tools as well.

Let us know how if there's anyone whose able to help with the tools part. I wouldn't mind doing some labor work.

K-Kid; does this SUN work for you? Looks like Yosmiley and myself could come over then. Or else the sunday after? Also do you have a garage or driveway to work in? I hated parking lots and the sides of streets for doing mods :D

Joe does either SUN work for you?

I'm usually open from noon till 4 on sundays between my wife's work shifts.

What tools do you need? I have a 1/2 inch breaker bar if you need it. Along with a ratchet set and wrenches.

Well from what I understand the subframe needs to be removed to install the front sway bar, are air tools necessary to remove the sub frame? For the rest of the stuff I'm sure only sockets and such are needed. I don't have a jack or jack stands tho.

**** yo that sounds like WAY more work then I want to get involed in :)

I just pulled subframes on my '88 GL wagon to do the liftkit and 4WD conversion. Nothing I wanted to do again any time soon :D You sure about dropping the crossmember?

You wont need any air tools at all. Have yet to meet a bolt I couldnt get off with a breaker bar and cheater extension! Your stuff is all new too unlike the rusted out crap I work on. Bolts shouldnt be TOO hard to get out.

Never mind, I got to the third bolt on the turbo before we had some people come visit, so I had to quit and put everything back together. I guess I get to see parts sit on the shelf again:mad: Atleast I got my Accesport Friday and I was able to flash to Stage 1, works nice I got a little extra power and the car runs really smooth now.

I was gonna say Im in Chanhassen, Got Ramps, Jack Stands, Jack, Air Tools, And a bunch of other tools. Kinda late at posting this.

As far As the sway bars go, I instaled my front without removing the subframe.:)

    Later
    Dave.

    Hi
Tuesday wont really work for me. I take care of my graphics business during the day and work my second job nights. Weekends are my only real free time, otherwise I would help out Tuesday.

    Sorry
    Dave
P.S. Im not sure if I was at Russ's house when you did your springs. Your not thinking of Troy that lives across the alley are you?
