need help looking for a front lip

im looking for a version 3 or 4 front lip. cant seem to find one at all. found one on ebay uk but they will not ship it here. any help would be great. plus im not sure if this is the right place to put this thread.

 

have you checked nasioc? the only place i can think of is the site where you can buy parts of off jdm subaru's buti can't remember what it is called.
