Need Help with Tire

alright, here is the deal...

Due to the pathetic road crews that MN hires, I was lucky enough to be the one to drive over a huge construction staple that ruined my tire... and maybe more.

with that short info out of the way, i am broke... but i now need to get that tire off the wheel so i can take better pictures and get a full inspection on the damages done so i can file the claim with their insurance company.

so...

does anyone know someone, or someplace that can dismount this RE070 of this STI BBS for little to no cost? help a brother out, i need to make this claim so i am not in debt yet again.

how many tires/wheels?
just dismount or remount as well?
