Need opinion on this Legacy

seems like a good deal. alot of the major things have been replaced.. i dont know whow much the paint bothers you tho

 

^Paint bothers me a bit because I like clean looking cars.....

I don't need a kit, but the stock body's gotta look nice...

But the rust isn't a dealbreaker for me.

If I offered 2500, do you think that would be low? According to his KBB thing, in "fair" condition it's valued at 2750...
