My father and I have a lot at the AutoMotorPlex in Chanhassen (Same place they host Cars and Cafe) and we're not using it right now. Nothing has been done to it yet, it is completely bare. this is roughly what it looks like just to get an idea. I don't have any tools yet, it's pretty much empty aside from a couple of chairs and my winter tires. The nice part about this place is there's a club house to relax and talk with other car enthusiasts, and the people there are friendly and some of them can hook you up with parts on the cheap. It's perfect for all of your DIY work and modifications. If you wanna borrow my spot for an hour, a day, or even more just PM me. Damn. I need room like that. Seriously bad do I need room like that. Those who have seen the tiny, tiny space I jammed a car on stands that's being stripped along with spare parts, engine hoist & stand, jacks, etc., etc., etc. would agree.

That is extremely generous. I hope people realize how much shop space is worth when there working on there stuff there. And you should be tipped vary accordingly.
