I'm a courier in the morning so i go all over the cities. so to make a very long story short. I'm a victim of identity theft. been battling it for almost a year. the a**hole is my older brother. dont know where he is or where he died and i dont care. you name it he's done it.

so i'm driving in centerville and at the stop sign i turn to look at this cenntinnial PD. he looks at me then turns around and pulls me over. he tells me my stock exhaust is too loud. then throws me in the back of the squad then tells me my DL is suspended and tows my truck, drop me off at citgo next to 35E N and tells me to walk home. well i tried to tell him that if he would take 30 sec of his time to call the secret service agent and the gang stike force officer, they will come down and id me. then i tell him to book me and take me in so he can finger print me so they no who i was. that tard ignored me and towed me truck. all that racist cop had to do was park my truck at the gas station and let me prove who i was. he didnt have to tow it. so im asking for him or his dept. to pay for my towing fees and he's being an a$$ about it. went to downtown court house and got my license renstated because which ever cop who pulled over my brother didnt bother to book him when he didnt have any dl. so they let him go and i dont know about the ticket or court date so they slap a suspended license on me. court cleared me rite up. then went to maplewood court this mornig with herc. another traffic violation regarding my brother. sat in there for 2hrs just so the prosecuter can dismiss my case. then went upto centennial PD and requested to talk to the officer that pulled me over. we had a big arguement in the dept then went and picked up my truck in blaine which costed me $168. so what should i do. should i get thier dept. to pay for my towing fees. take that **** cop to court. that racist cop pulled me over for no reason. lucky he found a reason so he didnt look like an a$$. gave the stupidest excuse to me.

First of all i am sorry that our own bro would do that. I would definitely appeal all of this crap. You can talk to a public defender for free and they could give you some advice on the whole situation. Logically, you should be able to be reimbursed...but the system isnt always logical. Good Luck.

that sounds like a huge mess. i thikn you should be able to get your money back, however with the current stae of legal mess everythign is in i doubt it will happen.

if you try to get back at the cop and dont win, he will probably be even more evil to you in the future. just keep this in mind, becuase it would horrible if this got any worse.

    Good Luck

i dont care if he's mean to me or not. he needs to be proffesional and act like he cares. i probably wont win anything out of it but i'm going to anoka tommorrow to the court house. hopefully the secret service agent can go with me tommorrow to the court house. she has to leave on thursday night to do a escort for former presdent clinton.

Hey... the cops are a public serva.. if they cross the line demand their badge number.. unless it works differently here... in Australia we were pinned to the ground and had guns put into the back of our heads... my friend was asthmatic and they wouldnt let him up... well they didnt realise his dad was Detective Sargeant of the Fraud squad.. well the cop that did it lost his job and also had to apologise...

They have a right to exercise the law.. that being said they have to do it within the law.. they are vigilantes with no rules...

My freind former room mate had 60k, yes 60,000 is credit card fraud, and loans from his younger brother. This was found out right after his little brother nocked up a girl and went to jail.... Bad seen, I remember what he went through for all that, so I am sorry for you.

This one will be harder then jonhy's. The problem is that in the computer it probably said what ever that your brother did, so that is all the cop focus's on. I am NOT trying to defend him, but I can understand how jaded you could get being a cop too. My brothers neighbor is on, and he was a real a$$ before he quit. Now he is cool, jokes and all. You could make a stink about it, and hopefuly get the money back. But I don't know if you could change the root problem....

Good luck in what you decide.

**** brother... i can't believe this is happening. i mean, i know we've talked about this within the past 2 days, but i can't believe that still happened.

**** your bro. i can't believe it was the same guy that we were hanging out with a few years ago. he was cool as hell then; what the hell happened! that's probably why his wife left his ass.

and i can't believe i bought his CRX... and returned it because i worked like hell. then i even let him keep my downpayment because i didn't want your brother thinking i was just messing around. i want my $300 back! WTF?!?

if i ever see him, or catch him slippin, i'll be sure to beat his ass and call the cops on him. dude, i'm taking this personally because you're my partner in crime!
